Operation:

Returns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

The product arrived in good condition, came with a charge so I used it and it worked wonderfully. After three days it discharged, I put it on charge and it doesn't emit any light. I left it charging for 3 hours and it doesn't turn on. They have refunded me for what I spent on it, excellent customer service.

Everything is good, but there's only one issue.it's not able to blend hard things like ice, slices of apples, and in some cases , if you have a lot of soft fruit.
